Refund & Return Policy
If you qualify for a refund, Espo Pty Ltd will process via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived into our warehouse and have gone through inspection.
Risk in the Goods the subject of each Contract will pass to the Client on and from shipment of the Goods for delivery to the Client.
The Client must examine the Goods immediately after delivery to the Location has been completed, and the Company will not be liable or otherwise responsible for any mis-delivery, shortage, defect or damage or any related direct, indirect, special or consequential losses, damages, liabilities costs or expenses sustained by the Client or any other party unless the Company receives complete details in writing (together with any supporting evidence as is reasonable in the circumstances) of any delivery issues, losses or defects within 48 hours of delivery of the Goods to the Location.
Except as required under clause 14 ( refer to our t+c’s), or agreed by the Company after written notification has been issued by the Client under clause or outside of the Warranty Periods outlined in clause 17.3 ( please refer to our t+c’s), in no circumstances will any Goods be accepted for return unless agreed by the Company in its sole discretion. All returns are sent back to our physical return address 442 Pulteney St, Adelaide, SA 5000.
Espo Sale items - We do not offer refund or exchange on items purchased through our sales items.
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have a change in mind, made a wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.
If any goods cannot be easily returned to us or a Espo Lighting Adelaide, due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact us and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
